The Challenge

Urban Jump is a family‑owned trampoline and activity park in Heathfield, offering more than 25,000 square feet of trampolines, soft play and indoor adventure experiences. It’s positioned as a destination for families, schools, clubs and groups, with activities ranging from foam pits and climbing walls to dodgeball and basketball. The park has earned repeated recognition, including TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Award, placing it among the top 10% of attractions worldwide.

The park is often at maximium capacity during peak times but wanted to boost bookings of party packages and increase visitor numbers during off-peak periods.

The ContentLoft Solution

A targeted Google Ads campaign was developed to reach people actively searching for things to do within a 20‑mile radius of the park. By focusing on high‑intent search terms related to family activities, days out and children’s entertainment, the campaign ensured Urban Jump appeared at the exact moment potential visitors were looking for options.
